James Clarence McMillan was born on February 27th, 1952. He was the son of the late Annie Esther Stewart. He transcended on September 4th, 2013 after a long illness. He joined St. Pauls First Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. He graduated from St. Pauls High School in 1970 and then joined the United States Air Force, where he rose to the rank of Tech Sergeant and retired in 1991, after almost 21 years of service. After retiring from the Air Force he enrolled at Fayetteville State University where he graduated in 1995 with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology. He leaves to cherish his loving memory; his wife, Robin McMillan; five (5) children, Marie Johnson of Landover, MD, Marinda Adams of Clinton, MD, Annie McMillan (Victor Jones) of Capital Heights, MD, Davina McMillan of Forestville, MD and Christalyn McMillan of Youngtown, Australia. He has six (6) grandchildren, Stewart Ray, Brian McMillan, Adrienne Miller, ZeShawn Ricketts, Jasmine Ricketts and Izaiah Grace, as well as three (3) great grandchildren, Stewart Ray, Jr., Jaden Ray and Gabriella McMillan.He, also, leaves behind his devoted brother, William Bernard Stewart of St. Pauls, NC, two (2) nephews, one (1) niece, a host of relatives and his Church family and friends.

Mac I'm missing u like crazy it's only been 3days without u but it feels like a lifetime I know that u are not suffering anymore and that u are watching over me I will never forget how good of a man and husband u were to me I love always and forever and may you rest in heaven💋👼❤💋👼❤
